FETMX6UL-C2 is an ARM Cortex-A7 featuring CPU module designed based on Freescale cost-effective power efficient high performance i.MX6Ultra Lite processor. it is with main frequency of 528MHz, 256M DDR3 and 256M NAND Flash. the SoM was designed with 80-pin ultra thin connectors to allow it could be connected to carrier board. this item is an industrial grade unit with operating temp ranges from -40℃ to +85℃ .
